Somebody’s getting married

Yeah, ain’t he swell!

Papa Herbie sent the kids a package today.  A box with some Barbies, clothes, a car & moped.  All toys that were played with by me and the kids’ Aunties, and now on to the next generation.  Apparently my father must throw nothing away!  These guys haven’t seen the light of day in like 20 years.   I must say the clothes cracked me up.  They are quite 70′s.

In any case, the children have been playing with them all afternoon.

Then things really took a turn for the silly.  Not at all surprised, are you?

The kids are most grateful to Papa Herbie for the surprise today.  And “the ladies” are all fighting over who is going to marry Ken.  Brett seems to have made the decision for them now… she announced that Ken is going to give them each a dollar and they are all going to get married together.

Huh.
